The Tenda TEG1005D is fully automated and no setup is required. Just connect the power and the individual RJ45 cables, and the TEG1005D will take care of everything. With Auto MDI/MDIX, you do not have to verify whether you are connecting cross or non-crossed cables, it automatically sets everything up.

The Tenda TEG1005D switches data through 5 RJ45 ports at 10/100/1000 Mbps with the automatic speed detection. Support for node switching in Store-and-Forward mode. Full duplex flow control 802.3x, half-duplex flow control in Back-Pressure mode. Maximum 10 Gb/s throughput. The switch is powered by an external psu that is included in the package.
