The Dinstar MTG200-2E1/T2 Digital VoIP Trunk Gateway is a cost-effective telecommunications gateway designed to bridge traditional PSTN networks with modern Voice over IP systems. It provides two E1/T1 physical interfaces for direct connectivity with legacy PBX or service provider networks and integrates seamlessly with SIP-based platforms such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Elastix, and Trixbox.
Supporting SIP v2.0 with advanced signaling including SIP-T, ISDN PRI, optional SS7, and R2 MFC protocols, the MTG200-2E1/T2 enables flexible call routing and simultaneous call handling of up to 60 channels. It includes comprehensive voice processing features such as echo cancellation, silence suppression, comfort noise generation, dynamic jitter buffering, and T.38 fax support.
Management tools include a web-based GUI, SNMP monitoring, and CLI access, while firmware upgrades and configuration backup/restore functions streamline deployment and maintenance.
