7-Day Return Policy
We would like to keep you happy convenient and hassle-free to enjoy the item you bought from us, We want you to know you can return easily almost all products within 7 days of purchase

  • You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received it.
  • Any product you return must be unopened and in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
  • For returns or exchanges, please send us an email or by phone and we will arrange for the product to be collected.  
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning or exchanging your item. 

If the item arrives dead/faulty
If your item is faulty or not in working condition due to a product defect or not functioning as it is supposed to - then you can still return it. We will arrange a pickup of the item to be returned to the seller. The seller will check the complaint and see if it is genuine. Upon their confirmation, we will process the refund to the customer with the same payment mode like if you paid by your credit/debit card or you paid by cash.

Within 7 days of receiving the item(s):
If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to seven (7) days to do so, so long as the item is in the same condition as received and with the original packaging intact.

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a bought item, If after making the purchase online you still have not received the item, you could still cancel your order. If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card, other payment cards) then the money would be refunded, but due to individual card providers, the amount may take time to reflect in your card statement.

In all circumstances, you can contact the Customer Service Team through the Contact Us page for a return of an item or a refund.

The item will be checked for the packing conditions and if it is still in sellable condition, the money will be refunded back to you.

If any kind of Bank charges to revert the amount, it will be deducted from your side. Shipping fees will be deducted from the customer only.

After 7 days from receiving the item(s):
If there is nothing wrong with the item and you just want to return it, we will arrange such a return however that is dependent on their acceptance and policies. If its a unique item, which is just an order for you as per your demand only then not possible, If it is a regular sellable item then will take a minimum of 20% of the product invoice value and we will return the remaining money if cash or credit/ debit card.

If the item is not working, we will send it to our supplier / manufacturer for a replacement product for the customer or else we will make sure it’s properly serviced and working unit(s)

In case of a refund for delivered products, we will refund you the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping and pickup fees) unless the products are faulty or defective.
For products not out for delivery, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipping.

Refund Online Payment
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

There are different types of suppliers with GoDukkan.com and hence different Warranty offers. Please read the offer note/remark against each item listed carefully to understand policies and procedures. If the item(s) bought is from GoDukkan.com is not responsible for those items however as a buyer, you have several recourses for any complaints in regards to individual supplier product

Whenever mention refurbished product – it has 7 7-day to 30-day warranty as per supplier commitment, for this refurbished stock we do not take any responsibility we try to provide satisfactory service to the customer.

Godukkan will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
